Ingredients list:
Choose a two inches thickness fresh rib eye steak about 24 ounces .
Fresh salt and pepper to boost the taste of meat.
One tablespoon of the oil of canola.
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter to avoid too much salty taste.
3 crushed garlic cloves.
3 fresh thyme sprigs.
Two fresh rosemary sprigs.
Method:
First thing is to drain the steak with a clean paper towel , and season it with fresh salt and pepper very well with one and a quarter teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of pepper better than ordinary .
On medium to high heat, add the canola oil to a cast iron fry pan (good quality required ) , put the meat in the center of the pan and flip it every two minutes to make it brown and crusty for both sides, do it for 14 minutes.
Now reduce the heat and add butter with fresh herbs, then melt butter for about one minute to make the steak more juicy.
