Ingredients list:
One pound sirloin steak, cutted evenly into one inch cubes.
One tablespoon of olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
One pound of mini red potatoes cutted into quarters.
Half cup of chopped onions.
Two minced garlic cloves.
One tablespoon of butter.
One quarter cup of fresh chopped parsley.
Method of preparation:
Heat up your olive oil as a first step on medium to high heat in a large fry pan because this is the perfect size for this recipe .
Add pepper and salt to the meat and make sure to distribute it evenly , to both sides .
Cook the meat in the skillet for 4 minutes per side, until you get that beautiful golden brown color.
Remove the steak and let it aside.
Roast the potatoes and garlic with onions in the same fry pan, until the potatoes becomes tender or for 7 minutes .
After that add butter with parsley and give it another one minute of cooking.
