The meatloaf cheeseburger bacon

Tired of the regular meatloaf recipe and looking for something different and tasty, try this delicious recipe, very easy to make and perfect for dinner and parties.

Ingredients list :

Meatloaf ingredients :

700 grams of ground beef. 

Eight slices of cooked and crumbled bacon. 

100 grams of grated strong cheddar cheese. 

60 g of cap. 

60 ml of ketchup sauce. 

Two cups of Worcestershire sauce soup. 

One finely chopped onion. 

Two minced cloves of garlic. 

Two beaten eggs. 

Pepper and salt to taste. 

Icing sauce ingredients :

Ketchup 120ml.

One cup of eating mustard soup. 

Two cups of eating meatballs soup. 

Method :

First thing You have to preheat the oven to 350F (180C) .

Then combine the ground meat with all the other ingredients in a big bowl until you get a well mixed ground beef. 

Shape the meatloaf :

Move your mixture in a pre-greased toast mold, or make this step directly on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. 

Icing step:

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup with the other ingredients, then spread the mixture evenly over the meatloaf.

This recipe takes in the preheated oven about one hour or 70 minutes, exactly when the meat temperature becomes at 160F.

Serving :

Before slicing let the meatloaf rest a little bit, but serve it warm to hot with mashed potatoes or vegetables. 

Advice :

For more joy and pleasure add melted cheddar cheese on each slice before serving.
