Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam or boil cauliflower florets until slightly tender (about 5–7 minutes). Drain well.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for another minute.
In a baking dish, combine the cooked cauliflower and beef mixture.
Pour in the cream and gently mix, then top with shredded cheese.
