Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, and parsley.
Press the mixture evenly on top of each salmon fillet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
