Cheesy Chicken and Corn Casserole

This cheesy chicken and corn casserole is creamy, comforting, and packed with flavor. Tender chicken, sweet corn, and melted cheese come together in one easy baked dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (cubed or shredded)
  • 2 cups corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix chicken, corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings.

Stir in half of the cheese mixture.

Pour everything into the baking dish and spread evenly.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 30–40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
