This hearty cheesy beef and macaroni casserole is the ultimate comfort food. It combines seasoned ground beef, tender pasta, rich tomato sauce, beans, and melted cheese for a satisfying, family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and seasonings. Let simmer for 5–10 minutes.

Add cooked macaroni and mix well.

Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
