Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (optional)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
