Apple Pie Bubble Up Casserole

This apple pie bubble up casserole is warm, gooey, and incredibly easy to make. It combines soft biscuit pieces with sweet apple filling and a delicious glaze on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into pieces)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Add apple pie filling, melted butter, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix gently until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.

Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze, then drizzle over the warm casserole.

Serve warm and enjoy this soft, sweet, and comforting dessert!
