Creamy Beef Pasta Bake

A rich and comforting baked pasta dish made with seasoned ground beef, tender pasta, and a creamy cheesy sauce. Perfect for a hearty family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups pasta (elbow or penne, cooked)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef with onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Lower heat and stir in cream, cream cheese, and seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add cooked pasta and combine well.

Transfer mixture into a baking dish and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
