Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups pasta (elbow or penne, cooked)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream or milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef with onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Lower heat and stir in cream, cream cheese, and seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add cooked pasta and combine well.
Transfer mixture into a baking dish and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
