Pineapple Juice Cake

Moist, sweet, and bursting with tropical pineapple flavor, this Pineapple Juice Cake is topped with a rich pineapple glaze that melts into every bite. Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave a fruity dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice

Glaze

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan or round cake pans.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and pineapple juice. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While the cake bakes, prepare the glaze by heating pineapple juice, butter, and powdered sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.

Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle the warm glaze all over the cake.

Top with pineapple slices if desired and serve moist and delicious!
