Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (28–32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until tater tots are crispy and golden.
