Creamy Baked Chicken and Corn Casserole

This creamy baked chicken and corn casserole is rich, comforting, and super easy to make. Juicy chicken is baked in a creamy, cheesy corn mixture for a perfect one-dish meal.

Ingredients

  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a bowl, mix corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic, and half of the cheese.

Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.

Place the chicken on top, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over everything.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden.
