Easy Chicken Stuffing Casserole

A warm, comforting casserole made with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and a golden, crispy stuffing topping. Perfect for a quick family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 box stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk or chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk (or broth), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked chicken and half of the cheese. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions, then spread it evenly on top.

Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot and golden on top.
