Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the casserole, then top with the cracker mixture.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
